Product description
Compiled from the existing technical description of this product on this site
The stainless steel hex male-female standoff (also called hex single-pass stud, PCB spacer or motherboard support post) is a precision spacing fastener: one end is an externally threaded male stud, the other an internally threaded female blind hole, and the hex prism in between can be held with a wrench or socket for tightening. It establishes a stable spacing between circuit boards and supports the boards.

Spec lookup
Filter directly among the 13 models in this series by your operating conditions - pure front-end filtering, no redirects, no URL changes
Filter results are based on the specification fields published on each model page and are for preliminary screening only; the final selection must be confirmed in light of the actual load, plate thickness and assembly process.
Drawings & customization
No public catalogue is available for this series; drawing-based requests are handled per project.
Made to drawing / sample replication
A 2D drawing or a physical sample is enough for evaluation; once confirmed, we issue drawings, build samples and obtain first-article approval before volume production. Drawings and project information are handled under confidentiality requirements.
Manufacturing process
The usual process route for this product family; actual operations follow the drawing and order requirements.

FAQ
Material, standards, surface treatment and installation points for this model; the data comes from the specification table on this page and from the national standards cited in the answers.
Q1What material is the Stainless Steel Hex Male-Female Standoff (single-pass hex standoff) made of, and what strength level does it achieve?
Material specified in this page's specification table: stainless steel (SUS303 / SUS304). Mill certificates and mechanical property test reports can be provided with the shipment; batch acceptance follows the specifications above.
Q2What applications is the Stainless Steel Hex Male-Female Standoff (single-pass hex standoff) suitable for?
Typical applications listed on this page: telecom and server board stacking; industrial control boards and backplanes; power supplies and inverter modules; instrument and meter enclosures. Overview: the stainless steel hex male-female standoff (also called hex single-pass stud, PCB spacer or motherboard support post) is a precision spacing fastener: one end is an externally threaded male stud, the other an internally threaded female blind hole, and the hex prism in between can be held with a wrench or socket for tightening.
Q3What are the main features of the Stainless Steel Hex Male-Female Standoff (single-pass hex standoff)?
Features listed on this page: male and female coaxial structure, one end fastening the board and the other connecting a post, so stacking is easy to extend; the hex prism can be gripped with a wrench for controlled tightening torque; the internal thread is a blind hole, not exposed, so it will not scratch internal components; stainless steel SUS303 / SUS304 resists corrosion and does not rust.
Q4To which standards is the Stainless Steel Hex Male-Female Standoff (single-pass hex standoff) manufactured and inspected?
Standards marked in the specification table on this page: per customer drawing / company standard; thread GB/T 196, GB/T 197; stainless steel bar GB/T 1220. Dimensional inspection reports can be supplied with the shipment; batch acceptance follows the standards above and the drawings agreed by both parties.
Q5What does the 6g thread tolerance of the Stainless Steel Hex Male-Female Standoff (single-pass hex standoff) mean?
6g is the standard tolerance class for external threads (GB/T 197 / ISO 965-1). It defines the manufacturing tolerance range for the pitch diameter and major diameter, balancing smooth engagement against manufacturing economy; the mating internal thread is usually 6H. All threads in this series are inspected to 6g. (Applies to model "stainless steel hex male-female standoff (single-pass hex stud)".)
