Product description
Compiled from the existing technical description of this product on this site
The 600MPa-class high-strength aluminum bolt is made from ZT68 high-strength aluminum alloy developed in-house by YF ZCJ and reaches a tensile strength of about 630 MPa; the same series also offers 6056 aluminum alloy bolts (about 420 MPa) for cost-sensitive designs. The product is designed for fastening to magnesium die-castings: a light metal of the same family effectively suppresses galvanic corrosion and substantially reduces fastener weight, meeting strength, corrosion resistance and lightweighting requirements at once.

Spec lookup
Check directly against your operating conditions across the 2 models in this series — client-side filtering only, no redirect, no URL change
Filter results are based on the specification fields published on each model page and are for preliminary screening only; the final selection must be confirmed in light of the actual load, plate thickness and assembly process.
Drawings & customization
No public catalogue is available for this series; drawing-based requests are handled per project.
Made to drawing / sample replication
A 2D drawing or a physical sample is enough for evaluation; once confirmed, we issue drawings, build samples and obtain first-article approval before volume production. Drawings and project information are handled under confidentiality requirements.
Manufacturing process
The usual process route for this product family; actual operations follow the drawing and order requirements.

FAQ
Material, standards, surface treatment and installation points for this model; the data comes from the specification table on this page and from the national standards cited in the answers.
Q1What material is the “600Mpa High-Strength Aluminum Bolt” made of? What strength level does it reach?
Marked in the specification table on this page: material is high-strength aluminum alloy (ZT68 about 630 MPa / 6056 about 420 MPa); tensile strength about 630 MPa. Material certificates and mechanical property test reports can be supplied with the goods; batch acceptance follows the data above.
Q2To which standards is the “600Mpa High-Strength Aluminum Bolt” produced and accepted?
Standards marked in the specification table on this page: customer drawing / company standard; aluminum alloy grades per GB/T 3190; anodizing per GB/T 8013; salt-spray testing per GB/T 10125. Dimensional inspection reports can be supplied with the goods; batch acceptance follows the standards above and the drawing agreed by both parties.
Q3Which surface treatments does the “600Mpa High-Strength Aluminum Bolt” offer? How do I choose?
Surface treatment marked in the specification table on this page: anodizing / special coating (optional). Each finish differs in appearance, corrosion resistance and cost; choose according to the operating environment and the order agreement.
Q4In which applications is the “600Mpa High-Strength Aluminum Bolt” used?
Typical applications listed on this page: lightweight structures for new energy vehicles; fastening of magnesium die-castings; structural parts for HPC and telecom equipment; UAV and aerospace components. Overview: the 600MPa-class high-strength aluminum bolt is made from ZT68 high-strength aluminum alloy developed in-house by YF ZCJ and reaches a tensile strength of about 630 MPa; the same series also offers 6056 aluminum alloy bolts (about 420 MPa) for cost-sensitive designs.
Q5Why is the “600Mpa High-Strength Aluminum Bolt” recommended for aluminum structures?
Similar metals have close potentials, so an aluminum-to-aluminum joint largely removes the driving force of galvanic corrosion; the ZT68 high-strength aluminum alloy in this series reaches a tensile strength of about 630 MPa and 6056 about 420 MPa, keeping the aluminum base material potential-compatible while cutting weight. This paragraph explains the mechanism; verification follows GB/T 10125 salt-spray testing and GB/T 15748 galvanic corrosion testing. For this model, the data in the specification table on this page applies. (Applies to this model: “600Mpa High-Strength Aluminum Bolt”.)
