Product description
Compiled from the existing technical description of this product on this site
The ultra-thin clinch nut was developed for extremely thin sheet metal, using precision clinching and a unique root locking structure to form a high-strength interference fit after pressing into the panel. While providing reliable torque resistance, it keeps the sheet flat and free of protrusion after clinching, suitable for thin-sheet structures where visible surfaces must not bulge.

Spec lookup
Use your own operating conditions to look up the 21 models in this series directly - front-end filtering only, no redirects, no address change
Filter results are based on the specification fields published on each model page and are for preliminary screening only; the final selection must be confirmed in light of the actual load, plate thickness and assembly process.
Drawings & customization
No public catalogue is available for this series; drawing-based requests are handled per project.
Made to drawing / sample replication
A 2D drawing or a physical sample is enough for evaluation; once confirmed, we issue drawings, build samples and obtain first-article approval before volume production. Drawings and project information are handled under confidentiality requirements.
Manufacturing process
The usual process route for this product family; actual operations follow the drawing and order requirements.

FAQ
Material, standards, surface treatment and installation points for this model; the data comes from the specification table on this page and from the national standards cited in the answers.
Q1What material is the ultra-thin self-clinching nut available in, and what strength level does it reach?
Specified in the specification table on this page: material carbon steel / stainless steel. A material certificate and mechanical property test report can be provided with the goods; batch acceptance is carried out in accordance with the above specifications.
Q2What are the main features of the Ultra-Thin Self-Clinching Nut?
Features listed in this product description: ultra-thin structure for sheet from 0.5~1.5mm; root locking structure with high torque and push-out resistance; the sheet surface stays flat without protrusion after clinching, suitable for cosmetic parts; clinched in one stroke, no welding or tapping required.
Q3To which standard is the Ultra-Thin Self-Clinching Nut produced and inspected?
Standards specified in the specification table on this page: clinch nut structure and dimensions per customer drawings / corporate standard. Dimensional inspection reports can be supplied with delivery; batch acceptance follows the above standards and the drawings agreed by both parties.
Q4Which surface treatments are available for the ultra-thin self-clinching nut, and how to choose?
Surface treatment specified in the specification table on this page: zinc-plated / passivated (optional). Different coatings differ in appearance, corrosion resistance and cost; select according to the service environment and the order agreement.
Q5Why does the ultra-thin self-clinching nut still need an anti-loosening feature?
Most loosening originates from transverse vibration: relative micro-movement of the clamped parts weakens friction in the thread pair and the bolt gradually rotates loose. Locking elements are therefore usually evaluated with transverse vibration test methods (such as DIN 65151), measuring the loss of residual clamp load to quantify locking performance. (Applies to this model: “ultra-thin clinch nut”.)
