Product description
Compiled from the existing technical description of this product on this site
The CM ultra-thin nylon-patch locking screw uses a strongly thinned head to fit extreme assembly spaces, with a Nylok-type nylon locking patch pre-applied to the thread that produces spring-back resistance through physical compression for vibration-resistant locking. It allows repeated assembly and suits precision equipment with limited space where adhesive cannot be applied on site.

Spec lookup
Use your own operating conditions to look up the 21 models in this series directly - front-end filtering only, no redirects, no address change
Filter results are based on the specification fields published on each model page and are for preliminary screening only; the final selection must be confirmed in light of the actual load, plate thickness and assembly process.
Drawings & customization
No public catalogue is available for this series; drawing-based requests are handled per project.
Made to drawing / sample replication
A 2D drawing or a physical sample is enough for evaluation; once confirmed, we issue drawings, build samples and obtain first-article approval before volume production. Drawings and project information are handled under confidentiality requirements.
Manufacturing process
The usual process route for this product family; actual operations follow the drawing and order requirements.

FAQ
Material, standards, surface treatment and installation points for this model; the data comes from the specification table on this page and from the national standards cited in the answers.
Q1What material is the CM ultra-thin head nylon-adhesive anti-loosening screw available in, and what strength level does it reach?
Marked in the specification table on this page: material is high-strength alloy steel. Material certificates and mechanical property test reports can be supplied with the goods; batch acceptance follows the data above.
Q2Where is the CM ultra-thin head nylon-adhesive anti-loosening screw used?
Typical applications listed in the product description on this page: thin and light electronic devices; optical modules and cameras; notebooks and tablets; micro electromechanical products. Overview: the CM ultra-thin nylon-patch locking screw uses a strongly thinned head to fit extreme assembly spaces, and a Nylok-type nylon locking patch is pre-applied to the thread, where physical compression generates spring-back resistance for vibration-resistant locking.
Q3What manufacturing process is used for the CM ultra-thin head nylon-adhesive anti-loosening screw?
The specification table on this page states the process as cold heading. The process route follows drawing and order requirements; first-article approval is provided before volume production.
Q4What are the main features of the CM ultra-thin head nylon-adhesive anti-loosening screw?
Features listed in this product description: ultra-thin head that significantly lowers assembly height; preapplied nylon adhesive locks through rebound drag torque and allows repeated disassembly; no on-site gluing needed, simplifying the assembly process; precision cold heading ensures consistent head thickness and thread profile.
Q5What is the locking principle of pre-applied adhesive parts such as the CM ultra-thin head nylon-adhesive anti-loosening screw?
A viscoelastic adhesive layer is pre-applied to the threaded section. After the screw is driven in, the adhesive fills the gaps between the thread flanks and gives the thread pair continuous damping and adhesion, suppressing back-rotation. Residual locking capacity remains after re-assembly, but it decreases with the number of assembly cycles. The pre-application process follows the company standard; the thread is GB/T 196, GB/T 197 6g. (Applies to this model: “CM ultra-thin nylon-patch locking screw”.)
