Product description
Compiled from the existing technical description of this product on this site
The TORX cheese head P85 locking screw has a P85 locking adhesive pre-applied at the thread end; after installation the adhesive reacts chemically and forms a strong lock of the semi-permanent type. Combined with precision cold forming and thread rolling it offers consistent dimensions, and suits critical locations that are not dismantled frequently and require absolutely reliable connections.

Spec lookup
Use your own operating conditions to look up the 21 models in this series directly - front-end filtering only, no redirects, no address change
Filter results are based on the specification fields published on each model page and are for preliminary screening only; the final selection must be confirmed in light of the actual load, plate thickness and assembly process.
Drawings & customization
No public catalogue is available for this series; drawing-based requests are handled per project.
Made to drawing / sample replication
A 2D drawing or a physical sample is enough for evaluation; once confirmed, we issue drawings, build samples and obtain first-article approval before volume production. Drawings and project information are handled under confidentiality requirements.

FAQ
Material, standards, surface treatment and installation points for this model; the data comes from the specification table on this page and from the national standards cited in the answers.
Q1What material is the Torx cheese-head anti-loosening screw available in, and what strength level does it reach?
Marked in the specification table on this page: material is high-strength alloy steel. Material certificates and mechanical property test reports can be supplied with the goods; batch acceptance follows the data above.
Q2What are the main features of the Torx cheese-head anti-loosening screw?
Features listed in this product description: preapplied adhesive provides chemical locking with high anti-loosening strength; the Torx recess transmits high torque and resists cam-out; cold heading plus precision thread rolling achieves 6g thread tolerance; no contamination of the work site and no on-site gluing step.
Q3To which standard is the Torx cheese-head anti-loosening screw produced and accepted?
Standards marked in the specification table on this page: thread GB/T 196, GB/T 197 (ISO 965-1) 6g; mechanical properties GB/T 3098.1 (ISO 898-1); drive ISO 10664; pre-applied adhesive locking to company standard. Dimensional inspection reports can be supplied with the shipment; batch acceptance follows the standards above and the drawing agreed by both parties.
Q4Which surface treatments are available for the Torx cheese-head anti-loosening screw, and how to choose?
The specification table on this page lists surface treatments: black oxide / zinc plated / zinc-nickel alloy (optional). Different coatings differ in appearance, corrosion resistance and cost; choose according to the service environment and order agreement.
Q5What is the locking principle of pre-applied adhesive parts such as the Torx cheese-head anti-loosening screw?
A viscoelastic adhesive layer is pre-applied to the threaded section. After the screw is driven in, the adhesive fills the gaps between the thread flanks and gives the thread pair continuous damping and adhesion, suppressing back-rotation. Residual locking capacity remains after re-assembly, but it decreases with the number of assembly cycles. The pre-application process follows the company standard; the thread is GB/T 196, GB/T 197 6g.
