Product description
Compiled from the existing technical description of this product on this site
The TORX nylon-patch locking screw has a Nylok-type nylon locking patch pre-applied to the thread. When driven in, the patch is compressed and produces continuous radial spring-back resistance, forming a friction-torque lock that can be assembled and disassembled repeatedly. Compared with chemical locking adhesives, the nylon patch does not cure and does not contaminate the thread, so the same screw keeps effective locking over many assembly cycles.

Spec lookup
Use your own operating conditions to look up the 21 models in this series directly - front-end filtering only, no redirects, no address change
Filter results are based on the specification fields published on each model page and are for preliminary screening only; the final selection must be confirmed in light of the actual load, plate thickness and assembly process.
Drawings & customization
No public catalogue is available for this series; drawing-based requests are handled per project.
Made to drawing / sample replication
A 2D drawing or a physical sample is enough for evaluation; once confirmed, we issue drawings, build samples and obtain first-article approval before volume production. Drawings and project information are handled under confidentiality requirements.

FAQ
Material, standards, surface treatment and installation points for this model; the data comes from the specification table on this page and from the national standards cited in the answers.
Q1What material is the Torx cheese-head nylon-adhesive anti-loosening screw available in, and what strength level does it reach?
Material specified in this page's specification table: premium alloy steel. Mill certificates and mechanical property test reports can be provided with the shipment; batch acceptance follows the specifications above.
Q2To which standard is the Torx cheese-head nylon-adhesive anti-loosening screw produced and accepted?
Standards marked in the specification table on this page: thread GB/T 196, GB/T 197 (ISO 965-1) 6g; mechanical properties GB/T 3098.1 (ISO 898-1); drive ISO 10664; pre-applied nylon patch locking per company standard. Dimensional inspection reports can be supplied with the shipment; batch acceptance follows the standards above and the drawings agreed by both parties.
Q3Which surface treatments are available for the Torx cheese-head nylon-adhesive anti-loosening screw, and how to choose?
Surface treatment marked in the specification table on this page: black oxide / zinc plated (optional). Each coating differs in appearance, corrosion resistance and cost; choose according to the service environment and order agreement.
Q4Where is the Torx cheese-head nylon-adhesive anti-loosening screw used?
Typical applications listed in the product description on this page: automated production line equipment; industrial fans and pumps; power tools and garden machinery; automotive components. Overview: the TORX nylon-patch locking screw has a Nylok-type nylon locking patch pre-applied to the thread; when driven in, the patch is compressed and produces continuous radial spring-back resistance, forming a friction-torque lock that can be assembled and disassembled repeatedly.
Q5What is the locking principle of pre-applied adhesive parts such as the Torx cheese-head nylon-adhesive anti-loosening screw?
A viscoelastic adhesive layer is pre-applied to the threaded section. After the screw is driven in, the adhesive fills the gaps between the thread flanks and gives the thread pair continuous damping and adhesion, suppressing back-rotation. Residual locking capacity remains after re-assembly, but it decreases with the number of assembly cycles. The pre-application process follows the company standard; the thread is GB/T 196, GB/T 197 6g. (Applies to this model: “TORX nylon-patch locking screw”.)
