Product description
Compiled from the existing technical description of this product on this site
The splined nylon washer is injection-moulded from high-performance toughened nylon; the internal splines match the shaft splines to ensure synchronous rotation and accurate positioning. The nylon body provides damping and noise reduction, wear resistance and electrical insulation at the same time, and avoids the scratches that metal washers leave on clamped surfaces, which suits rotating locations that require insulation and noise control.

Spec lookup
Use your own operating conditions to look up the 21 models in this series directly - front-end filtering only, no redirects, no address change
Filter results are based on the specification fields published on each model page and are for preliminary screening only; the final selection must be confirmed in light of the actual load, plate thickness and assembly process.
Drawings & customization
No public catalogue is available for this series; drawing-based requests are handled per project.
Made to drawing / sample replication
A 2D drawing or a physical sample is enough for evaluation; once confirmed, we issue drawings, build samples and obtain first-article approval before volume production. Drawings and project information are handled under confidentiality requirements.
Manufacturing process
The usual process route for this product family; actual operations follow the drawing and order requirements.

FAQ
Material, standards, surface treatment and installation points for this model; the data comes from the specification table on this page and from the national standards cited in the answers.
Q1What material is the splined nylon washer available in, and what strength level does it reach?
Specification table on this page: material is toughened nylon (PA). Material certificates and mechanical property reports can be supplied with the shipment; batch acceptance follows the above.
Q2Where is the Splined Nylon Washer used?
Typical applications listed in the product description on this page: shaft ends of motors and gearboxes; rotating locations of household appliances and office equipment; automotive interior and electrical parts; assembly positions requiring electrical insulation. Overview: the splined nylon washer is injection-moulded from high-performance toughened nylon; the internal splines match the shaft splines to ensure synchronous rotation and accurate positioning.
Q3What are the head type, drive and structure of the splined nylon washer?
Specification table on this page: the structure is a splined structure. Structural details per drawing.
Q4What manufacturing process is used for the Splined Nylon Washer?
Specification table on this page: the process is precision injection moulding. The process route follows the drawing and the order requirements; first-article approval is provided before mass production.
Q5Why does the splined nylon washer still need an anti-loosening feature?
Most loosening originates from transverse vibration: relative micro-movement of the clamped parts weakens friction in the thread pair and the bolt gradually rotates loose. Locking elements are therefore usually evaluated with transverse vibration test methods (such as DIN 65151), measuring the loss of residual clamp load to quantify locking performance. (Applies to this model: “splined nylon washer”.)
