Product description
Compiled from the existing technical description of this product on this site
The blind rivet stud uses a low carbon steel or stainless steel body with a precision pre-applied adhesive at the base, and is fixed to sheet metal by single-side blind riveting. During riveting the adhesive is squeezed and fully fills the clearance of the mounting hole, forming a sealing and corrosion-protection barrier; the stud also offers excellent torque and push-out resistance, providing a stable external thread connection point on single-side sheet metal.

Spec lookup
Use your own operating conditions to look up the 21 models in this series directly - front-end filtering only, no redirects, no address change
Filter results are based on the specification fields published on each model page and are for preliminary screening only; the final selection must be confirmed in light of the actual load, plate thickness and assembly process.
Drawings & customization
No public catalogue is available for this series; drawing-based requests are handled per project.
Made to drawing / sample replication
A 2D drawing or a physical sample is enough for evaluation; once confirmed, we issue drawings, build samples and obtain first-article approval before volume production. Drawings and project information are handled under confidentiality requirements.

FAQ
Material, standards, surface treatment and installation points for this model; the data comes from the specification table on this page and from the national standards cited in the answers.
Q1What material is the blind rivet stud (high torque-out and push-out resistance, stable joint) available in, and what strength level does it reach?
The specification table on this page states: material is low-carbon steel / stainless steel. Material certificates and mechanical property test reports can be provided with the goods; batch acceptance follows the specifications above.
Q2What manufacturing process is used for the blind rivet stud (high torque-out and push-out resistance, stable joint)?
The specification table on this page states the process as pre-applied adhesive coating. The process route follows drawing and order requirements; first-article approval is provided before volume production.
Q3What are the main features of the blind rivet stud (high torque-out and push-out resistance, stable joint)?
Features listed in this product description: blind riveting plus preapplied adhesive fills the mounting hole clearance and provides sealing and corrosion protection; high torsion and push-out resistance give stable joints; single-side installation suits enclosed profiles and housings; mild steel or stainless steel options match different corrosion protection levels.
Q4To which standard is the blind rivet stud (high torque-out and push-out resistance, stable joint) produced and accepted?
Standards specified in the specification table on this page: rivet stud structure and dimensions per customer drawings / corporate standard; sealing and corrosion protection (protection class determined by testing under actual service conditions). Dimensional inspection reports can be supplied with delivery; batch acceptance follows the above standards and the drawings agreed by both parties.
Q5What is the locking principle of pre-applied adhesive parts such as the blind rivet stud (high torque-out and push-out resistance, stable joint)?
A viscoelastic adhesive layer is pre-applied to the threaded section. After the screw is driven in, the adhesive fills the gaps between the thread flanks and gives the thread pair continuous damping and adhesion, suppressing back-rotation. Residual locking capacity remains after re-assembly, but it decreases with the number of assembly cycles. The pre-application process follows the company standard; the thread is GB/T 196, GB/T 197 6g. (Applies to this model: “blind rivet stud (high torque and push-out resistance, stable joint)”.)
