Product description
Compiled from the existing technical description of this product on this site
The preapplied adhesive sealing bolt is cold headed to high precision, with a special leak-proof sealant preapplied on the thread. After tightening, the adhesive layer compresses and fully fills the thread clearance, achieving mechanical locking and thread sealing with corrosion protection at the same time, suited to areas where threaded holes are exposed to liquids or dust.

Spec lookup
Use your own operating conditions to look up the 21 models in this series directly - front-end filtering only, no redirects, no address change
Filter results are based on the specification fields published on each model page and are for preliminary screening only; the final selection must be confirmed in light of the actual load, plate thickness and assembly process.
Drawings & customization
No public catalogue is available for this series; drawing-based requests are handled per project.
Made to drawing / sample replication
A 2D drawing or a physical sample is enough for evaluation; once confirmed, we issue drawings, build samples and obtain first-article approval before volume production. Drawings and project information are handled under confidentiality requirements.
Manufacturing process
The usual process route for this product family; actual operations follow the drawing and order requirements.

FAQ
Material, standards, surface treatment and installation points for this model; the data comes from the specification table on this page and from the national standards cited in the answers.
Q1What material is the pre-applied adhesive sealed bolt (mechanical locking plus thread sealing) available in, and what strength level does it reach?
Marked in the specification table on this page: material is high-strength alloy steel. Material certificates and mechanical property test reports can be supplied with the goods; batch acceptance follows the data above.
Q2What are the main features of the pre-applied adhesive sealed bolt (mechanical locking plus thread sealing)?
Features listed in this product description: the preapplied sealant fills the thread clearance under compression, providing thread sealing and corrosion protection; mechanical locking and sealing are completed in one step, one part doing the work of two; it resists media well in oil, water and coolant environments; once cured, the adhesive layer seals the thread clearance, combining locking with corrosion protection.
Q3To which standard is the pre-applied adhesive sealed bolt (mechanical locking plus thread sealing) produced and accepted?
Standards marked in the specification table on this page: thread GB/T 196, GB/T 197 (ISO 965-1) 6g; mechanical properties GB/T 3098.1 (ISO 898-1); thread sealing and corrosion protection (the protection level is determined by testing under actual service conditions); pre-applied sealant to company standard. Dimensional inspection reports can be supplied with the shipment; batch acceptance follows the standards above and the drawing agreed by both parties.
Q4Which surface treatments are available for the pre-applied adhesive sealed bolt (mechanical locking plus thread sealing), and how to choose?
The specification table on this page lists surface treatments: black oxide / zinc plated / zinc-nickel alloy (optional). Different coatings differ in appearance, corrosion resistance and cost; choose according to the service environment and order agreement.
Q5What is the locking principle of pre-applied adhesive parts such as the pre-applied adhesive sealed bolt (mechanical locking plus thread sealing)?
A viscoelastic adhesive layer is pre-applied to the threaded section. After the screw is driven in, the adhesive fills the gaps between the thread flanks and gives the thread pair continuous damping and adhesion, suppressing back-rotation. Residual locking capacity remains after re-assembly, but it decreases with the number of assembly cycles. The pre-application process follows the company standard; the thread is GB/T 196, GB/T 197 6g. (Applies to this model: “pre-coated adhesive sealing bolt (dual function of mechanical locking and thread sealing)”.)
