Product description
Compiled from the existing technical description of this product on this site
The flange pre-coated locking bolt assembly uses an integral flange head that enlarges the bearing area to restrict substrate settlement; a special microencapsulated adhesive is pre-applied to the thread and cures after the capsules break during installation, forming a strong chemical lock. It resists vibration loosening and also seals and protects the thread against corrosion, which suits joints with high vibration and corrosion protection requirements.

Spec lookup
Use your own operating conditions to look up the 21 models in this series directly - front-end filtering only, no redirects, no address change
Filter results are based on the specification fields published on each model page and are for preliminary screening only; the final selection must be confirmed in light of the actual load, plate thickness and assembly process.
Drawings & customization
No public catalogue is available for this series; drawing-based requests are handled per project.
Made to drawing / sample replication
A 2D drawing or a physical sample is enough for evaluation; once confirmed, we issue drawings, build samples and obtain first-article approval before volume production. Drawings and project information are handled under confidentiality requirements.

FAQ
Material, standards, surface treatment and installation points for this model; the data comes from the specification table on this page and from the national standards cited in the answers.
Q1What material is the captive flange-face anti-loosening bolt with pre-applied adhesive available in, and what strength level does it reach?
Marked in the specification table on this page: material is high-strength alloy steel. Material certificates and mechanical property test reports can be supplied with the goods; batch acceptance follows the data above.
Q2To which standard is the captive flange-face anti-loosening bolt with pre-applied adhesive produced and accepted?
Standards marked in the specification table on this page: hex flange bolts GB/T 16674 series; mechanical properties GB/T 3098.1 (ISO 898-1); pre-applied adhesive to company standard. Dimensional inspection reports can be supplied with the shipment; batch acceptance follows the standards above and the drawing agreed by both parties.
Q3Which surface treatments are available for the captive flange-face anti-loosening bolt with pre-applied adhesive, and how to choose?
The specification table on this page lists surface treatments: black oxide / zinc plated / zinc-nickel alloy (optional). Different coatings differ in appearance, corrosion resistance and cost; choose according to the service environment and order agreement.
Q4Where is the captive flange-face anti-loosening bolt with pre-applied adhesive used?
Typical applications listed in the product description on this page: electric drive units and chassis of new energy vehicles; vibrating areas of construction machinery; industrial fans and compressors; outdoor structures with corrosion protection requirements. Overview: the flange pre-coated locking bolt assembly uses an integral flange head that enlarges the bearing area to restrict substrate settlement; a special microencapsulated adhesive is pre-applied to the thread and cures after the capsules break during installation, forming a strong chemical lock.
Q5What is the locking principle of pre-applied adhesive parts such as the captive flange-face anti-loosening bolt with pre-applied adhesive?
A viscoelastic adhesive layer is pre-applied to the threaded section. After the screw is driven in, the adhesive fills the gaps between the thread flanks and gives the thread pair continuous damping and adhesion, suppressing back-rotation. Residual locking capacity remains after re-assembly, but it decreases with the number of assembly cycles. The pre-application process follows the company standard; the thread is GB/T 196, GB/T 197 6g. (Applies to this model: “flange pre-coated locking bolt assembly”.)
