Product description
Compiled from the existing technical description of this product on this site
The pull-expansion plug expands the plug body radially inside the hole through its pull-expansion structure, creating an interference fit with the hole wall for a highly reliable seal rated up to IP68. It is used for one-time permanent closure of process and test holes, maintenance-free over the long term and without repeated disassembly, suitable for locations requiring high long-term sealing reliability.

FAQ
Material, standards, surface treatment and installation points for this model; the data comes from the specification table on this page and from the national standards cited in the answers.
Q1What material is the expansion sealing plug made of? What strength level does it reach?
The specification table on this page states: material is carbon steel / stainless steel (optional). Material certificates and mechanical property test reports can be provided with the goods; batch acceptance follows the specifications above.
Q2Where are pull-expansion plugs used?
Typical applications listed in the product description on this page: battery packs and electronics control enclosures; hydraulic and pneumatic manifold blocks; process holes in pump and valve housings; outdoor equipment housings. Overview: the pull-expansion plug expands the plug body radially inside the hole through its pull-expansion structure, creating an interference fit with the hole wall for a highly reliable seal rated up to IP68.
Q3What are the main features of pull-expansion plugs?
Features listed in the product description on this page: pull-expansion sealing with an interference fit against the hole wall; ingress protection IP68, waterproof and dustproof, with water pressure resistance verified by size-specific testing; one-time permanent closure, maintenance-free over the long term; no thread engagement required, friendly to hole wall machining tolerances.
Q4To which standard is the expansion sealing plug produced and inspected?
Standards stated in the specification table on this page: per customer drawing / corporate standard; ingress protection IP68 (IEC 60529). Dimensional inspection reports can be provided with the goods; batch acceptance is carried out in accordance with the above standards and the drawings agreed by both parties.
Q5How to confirm the pressure and temperature resistance range of the expansion sealing plug?
The typical ranges stated on this page are: for the all-metal expansion structure, working pressure up to approx. 300–500 bar depending on size, and temperature resistance of approx. −40~+100 °C (some series up to +150 °C). The applicable values are governed by the specification table of the size used and measured test reports; no default guarantee is given. This note explains the operating principle; verification methods refer to IEC 60529 and GB/T 10125; the data for this model are subject to the specification table on this page.
