Product description
Compiled from the existing technical description of this product on this site
The Gen-1 elastic locating pin is a thread-mounted elastic locating pin developed by YF Zhichengjia for bearing fixation in NEV electric drive systems. Its core is a spring-driven dual-state structure: in the rest state the pin head stays popped out under spring force and, once engaged in the retaining-ring groove of the bearing outer ring, firmly restricts outer-ring rotation, preventing wear, noise and accuracy loss caused by outer-ring spin during operation; during assembly the pin head can be pressed back into the body and automatically pops out again when the outer ring rotates to the groove position, suiting severe applications with no reserved axial clearance after assembly. The product features M8×1.25-6h external thread with hex drive, grade 8.8 load capacity, zinc-nickel alloy natural finish with pre-applied precote 85-3 threadlocker, plus an airtight structural design, meeting the combined requirements of e-drive assemblies for locking reliability, assembly efficiency and sealing.

Spec lookup
Look up directly among the 4 models of this series by your operating conditions — pure front-end filtering, no redirects, no URL changes.
Filtering results are based on the specification fields published on each model page and serve as a preliminary screen only; final selection must be confirmed against actual load, sheet thickness and assembly process.
Drawings & customization
No public catalog for this series yet; drawing-based requirements are handled per project
Made to drawing / sample replication
Send a 2D drawing or a physical sample for evaluation; after confirmation we proceed with CAD output, prototyping, first-article approval and then volume production. Drawing and project information are treated as confidential.
